• Series “Perpetual” Enrollment: will give you the same lesson day and time for as long as you want to keep it.
  • Payment:  Monthly Direct Debit is processed on the 1st of each month for the calculated installment amount.
• Session “Drop-in” Enrollment: Will give you flexibility of lesson day and time whenever you want to schedule it. (subject to availability)
  
  • Payment: Due at time of booking. Billed to card on file or at account checkout.

Memberships are not required but will reduce lesson price.

When selecting A FAMILY membership, choose ALL the family members.  It will only be the cost of one. It shows the cost of the membership on each person’s name as if it was just for that person.

ALL ABSENCES ARE TO BE MANAGED THROUGH YOUR ONLINE STUDENT ACCOUNT PORTAL.

Absence Policy: You will receive a make-up lesson if you cancel up to 5 hours PRIOR to your class time.  All absences will be managed through your online account’s student booking. 

The make-up lesson can be scheduled anytime up to 100 days from the date of the recorded absence.

If you do not notify us per our absence policy or do not show up for any reason to your lesson, it is considered an ‘unexcused absence’ and your account will not be given a makeup lesson. If you can not make your scheduled lesson slot and it is after the cutoff, we can work to see if an alternate time that day is available to accommodate.

Students are allowed up to 6 consecutive Excused or Unexcused absences (EX) or (UX).  Communication notices will be made regarding missed absences. 

You may at any time switch your lesson spot. If we do not have an available spot you will placed on our waiting list. Waiting list requests are processed daily by date created. –Once a wait-list request has been submitted to the office and the lesson day and time has been confirmed, you are financially responsible for all future scheduled lessons until the lesson spot has been properly cancelled.

Closure Policy:  If the Northshore School District (Bothell Location) or Everett School District (Everett Location) is CLOSED due to severe weather or snow, 7C’s Swim School will be closed for that day. All scheduled lessons for that day will be credited with a makeup. Any makeups scheduled will be removed and available for a future date. Any cancellations previously reported will remain as a reported absence.

A 14 day withdrawal form submission is required to permanently remove your child from their lesson. In the case of a medical situations a doctors note must be submitted for exception. If your account balance is not settled before your child’s last lesson you will incur a $25 cancellation fee per lesson spot. Please confirm all cancellations and schedule changes with our office and not the instructors.

 There is a $5 fee for all declined monthly installments.

 It is your responsibility to keep your payment information accurate and up to date. If your account defaults past 14 days, your account will be assessed a $10 late fee. We reserve the right to cancel accounts with unpaid balances if payment is not received by the due date.

All refunds will be issued in the form of family credit. Family credit is applicable to any goods or service and will remain on the account until utilized.

There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.

Please be aware that regularly scheduled instructors may be absent on occasion. We will make every effort to provide a replacement instructor and notify you in advance.

ONLY enrolled swimmers may ‘free swim’ for up to 10 minutes before OR after their scheduled lesson time. ‘Free Swim’ must be supervised by an adult at all times.

All swimmers must take a cleansing shower prior to entering the pool.

ALL children under the age of 3 MUST wear a plastic or rubber swim diaper with elastic edges. Regular diapers are not allowed and disposable swim diapers are not recommended.

Any parent of a child causing a pool closure or delay due to the lack of or non-recommended swim diaper will incur a $100 closure fee and will be required to obtain the proper diapers before returning to lessons.

Only members and their guests may swim during scheduled ‘Family Swim’ times.
